Hume!
"A Philosopher may live a remote from business, the genius of philosophy , if carefully cultivated by several most gradually diffuse itself throughout the whole society and bestow a similar corretness on every art and calling" What Hume means is that no matter what a philosopher will always live through his writtings and it will alwasy inmcrease with a lot wisdom. Than he talk about politicians, lawyers, and government that all them will be put together with philosophy.

if knowledge increases with experience then how come we dont have all the knowledge that should come with experience.
because us, being humans have only short amount of life that we can go through and learn from our experience, that's why not all knowledge come with it. Also remember our brain works really weirdly, that we have memory that faids out things, so we might not learn everthing ever time we go through an experience.
hmm walter you make a point there i think we need to gain knowledge first in order to gain experiene
